1  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Craftalongs / Re: Wee House Craftalong-Ongoing 2011-Forever! on: April 28, 2014 08:50:27 AM
I haven't touched my house in a long time (I have a 15 month old daughter and work full time) but I really want to get back to it.  Those windows with the mesh to simulate leaded windows is really brilliant!
2  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: All The Totoros! PDF patterns attached on: March 20, 2012 11:58:22 AM
I made a grey Totoro a few years ago from your pattern but my sister-in-law stole adopted it as soon as she saw it. Now I want to make a whole new set. (Which my niece will probably steal from me Cheesy)

I also bought new blades for my cutting tools and a huge bottle of white glue...

I was scanning rather than really reading and at first I thought this said "and a huge bottle of white wine..."   Cheesy

Some days that would be a great addition to the craft supplies...

I would love to see your tutorial here!  I have always wanted to make a real puppet. Can't wait to see Sandwich completed.

I love the hoop too! And the bracelets.  And the pins are quite clever and subtle.

I got my package from Hyper-Piston today and I must say it was well worth the wait! On to pictures!

So much pony goodness... wrapped in ponies! I didn't even know they made this wrapping paper.

First I opened this:

A holder for my crochet hooks! Although I might steal it as a pencil and pen holder for carrying around with my sketchbook. And look at how cute the drawing is. I love Big Mac.

Next is my very own G4 version of my very favorite G1 pony, Gusty!  She is so cute!

And another fabulous drawing, this time of Fluttershy on a notebook to keep knitting notes in.

And now the big finale: the most amazing and huge project bag with my three favorite G1 ponies: Magic Star, Gusty, and Tex.
It is so huge I couldn't get the whole thing in one frame with the lens I had on my camera.

All together (she sent stickers too.)

And one last one with my childhood Gusty and her new versions.

Thank you so much Hyper!  Everything is amazing and so well crafted. You definitely went above and beyond!

Marshmallow Candy?  Nor very me but if I swap them (last name then first name) it is Twirl Lily which at least a bit more interesting.
9  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / Re: Hand Made Shoes on: November 09, 2011 05:14:06 PM
I am kinda speechless.  These are just so incredible. I have never been a traditional shoe girl but to be able to make them like this!  I would so love to be able to make period appropriate footwear that would actually fit.
10  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: Edward Scissorhands on: November 09, 2011 05:04:21 PM
I agree with the boyfriend is a punk comment  Cheesy and I have to say this is impressive. This would be impressive even without the 24 hour time limit but that you pulled it together that quickly is astonishing.
