So Precious! You're really getting into garment sewing now! I can imagine all kinds of ways things could have gone awry with those big pieces. You did a fabulous job! Be sure you get yours made soon so you and the MF can chase each other around the house and have sliding contests on that hardwood floor! (that's what we used to do ) Congrats!!
Thank you Shelley, I'm honored. I hope people continue to post their versions here because I just love seeing them <3
I hear you about all of the distractions out there. I've been known to distract myself right out of crafting time! Ironic? I've probably run across Cut Out + Keep but I really don't remember. And I certainly didn't know my sweater made it up there. Wow. Can you clue me in on how to find it? I'm so interested to see what people are doing with it and my searches have gotten me nowhere.
I will definitely be joining your FB group. My online presence has been minimal lately and I'm missing the community. Thanks for the invite. I've got some new ideas simmering so hopefully be posting soon. I'm enjoying looking at your Craftster posts, too. The Sweet Pea Shawl is gorgeous! I'll look forward to getting better acquainted.
Thanks again for your kind words and encouragement. Libby
Quite Fabulous! I love how the bleed is kind of a metaphor for cancer, too. An unanticipated disaster with a fix that took all of your effort, is good, but not quite what you hoped for. You gotta love the human spirit.
