I totally want to do this. I have one that is very lightweight and two hands are required to rip off a sheet cleanly. That's utter nonsense, because everybody knows a busy cook always has at least one hand full. Yours looks so nice and sturdy so those one-handed jobs will suffice. A great use of unconventional materials. Well done!

That is such a good idea! Why didn't you post this before I threw away the one from our dry cleaner?? 
We had a Dr. Seuss one hanging in the kitchen last year. I'm going to see if I can make use of that.
Horton is a bit large, though, I fear.
