 Roll Eyes Just a quick question. I need to trim off a bath mat and wondered if my Janome quilting machine will have trouble with the rubber on the back? Should I use like a denim Needle? What are your thoughts?

Need ideas for family room we are re-doing. The walls are beige with an accent wall in burgandy over the fireplace , which is at the opposite side of the room. Their are two windows and I don't want them to the floor, like to sit at the table to watch the birds and such. Any ideas? The decor is sort of country, farm . Make sense?Huh Huh

 Huh Please help me, I am a beginner and I don't understand how to pick up and knit into the stitches on the side of the purse. Any help or tutorials I can look at to help me through this? I know I am making it harder than it really is. Cry
