[so what i need your help is.. ideas for fundraising i could do.]

Ok so heres the deal :          (please ignore spelling/grammar)
 
My neighbour who is 12 years old was diagonsed with a really rare disease (wich i can never remember the name to) about two years ago or so. its so rare shes actually the only person in canada who has it and theres fewer then 100 cases world wide. well anyways to make a long story short she will eventually have to be in a wheelchair. and the family has to do renovations on there house to make it wheel chair accessable.
well what my point is..i want to do something for them and knowing that they dont have alot of money to do these renovations i thought of fundrasing, so what i need your help is.. ideas for fundraising i could do. im only 17 so i need your creative minds to help me figure out how i can raise money for them...
any ideas are much appreciated!

its my moms b-day coming at the end of the month (nov 30th)...we havent had much of a great relationship the last year or so ..and i have surgery the day of her b-day so i wannna do sumthing for her thats really special, but im totally stuck..
any ideas?

i was wondering if any1 at all could help me...
so im trying to figure out my size in the sewing world and im soo frustrated..
would i be a differnt size..example if my bust measurements mean im a 7/8  (juniors) and my waiste says im a 15/16 would i use the 7/8 to make a shirt..and the 15/16 to make pants?

oh man i dono how to xplain this ! i suck at explaing i hope someone can understand me !

id like to make a journal type thing, but im not so clear on how to keep the pages together or bind it, could some one clairfy it for me?

i need some help with taking my measurments to make things like shirts and skirts ect...
i really have no idea where to start , would i just take a measuring tape and add an inch for seeming?
does anyone have a site i can look at or a good explanation
