I wanted to knit one of those for over a year now, but the last time I made a garterstitch scarf I very nearly dropped dead with boredom. And all those stripes produce about a million ends to weave in. So I really want that scarf, but I really don't want to knit it. Maybe over christmas. It would be a very very relaxing holiday-knit.

I'm in!!! I saw this pattern last week and fell in love instantly. I even went out to buy yarn for it. It will be done in ggh "scarlett" turquisisch. But I already have 9 WIPs on the needles and vowed to finish at least two of them before I start something new. So It may take a  week or two before I'll actually start.

brilliant! I keep returning to that pattern, but don't feel up to it yet. but one day I'll manage fair-isle and then this one is at the top of my list!!!

Hi! I just tried the original link for the german pattern and it seems that the freundin site has moved. I couldn't find it on their new one either. Does anybody still have the original german pattern out there? Or knows where it is to be found now? I love this cardi and definately wanne make it!!! Guess I'll have to trust the translation then.
