782  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Completed Projects / Re: Two-headed kitten (If this sounds disturbing/offensive, please don't click.) on: January 01, 2008 11:06:39 PM
This is both bizarre and super awesome at the same time. I like the jar presentation, it really pumps up the wickedness factor! Too bad there isn't an easy way to get the look of 'liquid' in it..maybe saran wrap? Very cool!
783  COOKING / Dessert / Re: UFC cake (image obese) on: December 28, 2007 08:11:40 PM
Dang, I need to come steal your cake! We are also watching the fight while celebrating my bf's bday, so UFC cake would -> AWESOME!

Nice job!   Cheesy
784  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Princess Peach, Donkey Kong, and a Stingray! Pic Heavy! on: December 24, 2007 03:37:10 PM
Ha ha, DK looks like he is about to spank the wearer, that is awesome!
785  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: portrait of my grandparents on: December 24, 2007 03:34:15 PM
I love the look of those 40s portrait pictures (that one reminded me a lot of one of my grandparents - I think it's the ears haha!) and it transfered surprising well into a project like this. The colors are really beautiful and blend well.
786  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Strange stuffie for DS for Xmas on: December 24, 2007 03:21:41 PM
For some reason it reminds me of an owl made of an ink drop on acid...I like it!
787  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Tomorrow's Gift to SIL on: December 24, 2007 08:01:30 AM
Those are really dramatic looking and will look great with a really simple dress, nice work! That's interesting that the feathers are 'animal-friendly'. Do you have to go/order somewhere special for that?
788  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: Tree Wall Art on: December 23, 2007 07:30:28 PM
It's very minimalistic-cool. I like the amount of space it takes...I was trying to think of something largeish to cover an odd space like a stairwell, and this is a perfect thing, plus not too pricey. Nice job!  Smiley
789  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Two funny shirts: you rock, you rule & spiderpig on: December 23, 2007 01:47:00 PM
I know it's been said but...very awesomey! I am verrrry tempted to put spider pig on one of the dice bags I am making for friends for xmas. I already did his (big simpsons fan) but an upside down spider pig stenciled right under the zipper would be super.
790  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Holiday Embroidery on: December 23, 2007 01:43:26 PM
Neat, I really love the pattern. I was just thinking about how much I really loved the needlework my grandma/great aunts did for xmas stuff and this reminds of that kinda style!
