Well done!  I love the kitchen dice!

(I'm stalking this gallery...love the show, but have been in the midst of moving, so no swapping.)

Thank you so much for including a "Get Some Sleep" magnet in your collection.  I wait for Grant to say that in every episode.  Even though he's saying it to the home owners, I'm pretty sure I sleep more soundly as well.  Wink

If a Round 2 surfaces, I'm in!

Those are The Cuteness!  Did you follow an established pattern or were you winging it?

Love 'em!

Hi!  I made this for the Hookers Only swap out of about four yards of batik fabric ripped into 1/2" strips, then single crocheted 'round and 'round.

Here it is filled with books:

And here it is out flat.

Other details:  N-sized hook, braided some fabric for the button enclosure, awesome button courtesy of JoAnn's, and the strap was made by cutting my half inch strips in half, then crocheting with a K hook.

Thanks for looking!

Comments/Questions?

Um, yeah, do either you or your mom want to adopt me?

I love both of those!  The cake your mom made reminds me of a mini-game in Mario Party 8.   Grin  Love your monsters -- the Oreos are a great touch!

thanks for posting your photos, pinkleo!  I knew your closeups were better than I could achieve.

Here is the awesomeness from pinkleo...

First, an awesome bag for WIPs.  My photo skills don't show 'em, but there's pockets on the sides.  As you can see, it holds a load of yarn.  Love the color of this bag, love everything!  Additionally, it's reinforced with plastic canvas on the bottom, so it always sits up straight, which is important to me, as I'm klutzy enough without being stymied by my WIPs bags.

Next, some hand-dyed yarn. I'm not sure of their destinies, but I feel a cute summer hat coming on...

YAAAAAAAAARN!

Shrinky-dink Potter-Puff stitch markers! Eeeeeee!  Flitwick and Snape are my two faves, although the Bloody Baron is a thing to behold.

Group shot of more hookery goodness, including two big-ass hooks, a Happy Hooker bookmarker, a bead row counter, pretty blue stitch markers, two pattern booklets, needles, and a threader.

Seriously, start stalking Pinkleo now!  She's an awesome swap partner and has a documented addiction to swap.

Oh one more comment/question, what yarn did you use? The colors lined up nicely into almost an argyle pattern on the front, I was just wondering how that happened, haha.

Oh, see, I thought it was made of 100% awesome.  Hmm.  Maybe I'm thinking of pinkleo herself.

As the overjoyed recipient of pink's amazing swappage treasure, I can say that I love the plastic canvas on the bottom -- I have a real thing for bags that are soft but sturdy.  Love the pockets on the outside, love the color, love everything.

In closing, I would like to say, "Ha ha ha, I have this bag and you don't."  Thanks.

Love,
Summergirlfriend
