Oh my gosh, I totally forgot about that show.  I hope it works out for you.  There is a lot of DIY led light stuff out there, and Target now sells a heaping of LED christmas lights.  Not sure if those are reusable, but for the prices after the holiday markdowns, they might be worth it.

Something like that framed, or in a shadowbox would cost a lot of $$ at certain decorative stores.

Just a thought, but you could always take and cut out the special part of each shirt and either frame each of them separately, or create a very large poster size collage of them all.

What about a wreath of them?  you could either string them together using maybe metal piping and drill holes in each one or if you have a really big one, you can turn it into a lamp. 

A guy I knew had a large one, and bought a cheap lamp, and just drilled a hole down the middle and slid it on.

I think the idea of the pixel pics would be great.  You could cut a picture approximately half the size of a keyboard into key size mini-pics, paint the keyboard all black, and glue the little pics on each key.  I think it would look neat.
