1  FIBER ARTS / Spinning: Discussion and Questions / Dream wheel - now I have to wait on: February 24, 2008 08:22:20 PM
OK, deep breath.  In August 2009 my Golding spinning wheel will be finished.  It's probably the most exciting thing I've ever had to wait for except maybe my kids, but even they didn't take THAT long to finish cooking. LOL  I'm sure it's going to be worth the wait, but darn it, it's a long time!

I know there's not a whole lot of these wheels around, but is there anyone else on the board that has one?

Mine will have the Mohegan tribal logo in the wheel, a wolf head for the top piece, my tribal name, Autumn Moon, will  be on the foot pedals and some other symbols and goodies on other parts of the wheel.  I am leaning towards the triple flyer, hubby says this is the LAST wheel I will ever buy so the triple flyer will give me everything I want, from super small lace to bulky art yarn.  I can't blame him for saying the last wheel though, it is a once in a lifetime thing.  A Golding!!!  Someone pinch me, cause I may be dreaming.
