12  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Scarves? on: September 12, 2009 04:13:58 AM
I really want to knit a scarf with this in dusty blue! I know how to knit and purl but I want something more challenging and a little more than simple, you know?  I'm having a problem finding the right pattern.  I come across so many lacey patterns..

Any pattern you would recommend for beginner/intermediate?
13  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Fat Bottom Bag on: March 05, 2009 10:18:13 PM
Is there any free patterns similar to this? I misplaced my book and I've been searching for it for months, I would like to make this bag for a friend. My library is limited, it's SAD. >8(

I found this chart:

but of course I can't read it anyway.
14  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / what stitch is this? on: March 01, 2009 04:46:13 PM
I saw a hat similar to this in a magazine and I've wanted to recreate it.

Is this a stitch in crochet? Is there something close to it?

Thanks for looking!
15  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / I love to make hats :D on: March 01, 2009 03:44:44 AM

These are made from my pattern. It's pretty basic but leaves room for modification so more or less slouch. I'm pretty sure you'll always get those bumps though Tongue

I made some more but people took it lol

I'm making things for class to get hours & credit.
I'm only 18 credits away from graduating 8D

16  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / What size circulars do you recommend for a hat? on: February 27, 2009 04:27:38 PM

I just want an easy experience this time instead of moving off to dpns XD

I found some that were 29"

19  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Pattern Testers needed for Kitty Earflap Hat on: December 16, 2008 01:03:36 AM
I'm looking for at least 2-3 pattern testers that are free of no projects Tongue

20  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Copyright & Selling. on: December 15, 2008 11:10:02 AM
I've made this particular hat countless times so I'm pretty familiar with the exact stitches and rows by viewing it.  Okay, so does the whole copyright info still stand if the person hasn't been online in a couple of years? I saw this girl on etsy selling these hats.. using the person's *exact* pattern. even though it clearly says for personal use on the site unless you get permission..  Is that okay to report?
