We did beautiful things, though. However, we did have security down twice!
2  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Stitchalongs / Re: A Stitch Along with Pattern Now on: December 17, 2007 02:46:30 PM
Shocked I have all these 70's patterns! I've done Virgo on a hankie, Capricorn on a hankie, am now doing Sagittarius. Kickass.

Mine was an innercity library, too. But the classes were small and we practiced. It wasn't silent, but it was quiet in a relaxing sort of way. Wink

It's not at JoAnn's, Walmart or Michael's? Huh That's where I get all my embroidery thread. Maybe you can order directly from DMC, the major company that makes them. Do you have any small mom n' pop stores in the yellow pages that would have it?

Try Sublime Stitching.

I got a really neat Zodiac pattern from 1971, and I've just completed Virgo on a handkerchief, and am now doing Capricorn. Can that count?

I am thrilled to bits! I was a library teacher, now teach 1st grade but plan to get my degree for library teachers. I find it a very beautiful, noble, and above all, QUIET profession. I joined craftster just so I could do this. I can't wait!
