3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / 2 winter dresses on: January 19, 2008 02:28:08 AM
Hello Smiley This time I made 2 winter dresses. Both patterns are from Burda magazine.
The first dress I sew some time ago and I didn't like it so I stitched flower applications on it:)
It's made of brown thick material, little bit elastic in "up-down" direction (I know it's weird but that how it was...)
I wear a turtleneck under it so it will be warmer.

The second dress is simple, but to add sth different it has pockets on breasts.

I hope you enjoyed them Smiley thanks for looking Smiley
4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / New Year's Eve Party - red vampire dress on: January 03, 2008 05:22:33 AM
I wonder what you think about my new year's eve party dress I sew. It was inspired by the vampire from cards game  "Vampire the Ethernar Struggle" - Lucita.  The fabric for the top was choosen by my husband who fell in love with it from the first sight Wink I dont know it's name but it's sleek, flexible and real shiny (as you can see). The skirt part is made of light material, cut from the half a circle.

That was the final effect:
