Great quilt!  Did you add on the white strips to the sides of each brick or to the top and bottem of each brick?  I can't tell from the pics.  Also--heck yea I want to see picrtures of the other jeans quilt you did!!  Thanks!   Grin

Lemon and fresh basil are a great combo for water--I put them in a pitcher in the fridge and refill the water for a couple of days before I change it out.......yumm!

Wow--Lucky guess!!!  I need to sit down and figure out how to post some pics of my quilts.  I am fairly new to the crafster board, and have read alot, posted a bit, and have no pics up yet.  So I need to get cracken!  32 inches square is a great size 'cause 1 yard of fabric will make the back.   Smiley

When you quilted this did you quilt it vertically or side to side or how do you do the quilting with out going back over the line?  i too have wanted to try this but have been too chicken yet.  :-)  I really like your quilts!

What size did it turn out?  I like it so much that I am planning to make one too!  I'm guessing the bricks are about 2 1/2 by 4 1/2 unfinished?  Your friend will be so excited to receive that for her baby!
9  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: My First Quilt !! on: April 19, 2008 01:08:45 PM
Really, it's like you made 2 quilts! So you made 2 quilts in that amount of time.  I really like your design--the way the center colored row is larger and the other rows cascade out from it--you are experienced now, sister!!!   Wink
