1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / fabric for a sewing machine cover? on: December 30, 2007 01:53:17 PM
The pattern I have specifies oilcloth, but that look doesn't really appeal to me, at least right now. Does anyone have suggestions for fabrics that would be appropriate for a cover? I'm totally new to sewing, so I'm not even sure what qualities the fabric would need to have, although I imagine it needs to be pretty durable...Anyway, I'd love some suggestions!
