That is amazing! Are the outlines and the logs couched?
Hope your fingers don't hurt too much embroidering with vinyl!
forgot to mention that, it was my first time with couching and I looove it! the vinyl was pretty much like any other fabric, actually.

My friend Molly seems to really like Lincoln. So I made her a Lincoln. I used some white vinyl that had a flower pattern on it.
After I did the face outline, I decided to frame him in Lincoln-y logs. Then I outlined some of the flowers around his face. I did some in red for drama, and some in a peachy-pink. Then I used chopsticks as dowels and hot-glued wood beads on the ends. I made cut-outs on the top and bottom cuz I wanted to give some space for the logs to stand out more.
