2  Amigurumi Pop-Tart! in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by LittleGreenStars on: February 01, 2008 07:58:30 AM
This is a total no brainer. But, I had never seen one before, and the idea came to me while making breakfast the other day.

I think next time I might add sprinkes or something. My kids love it!

3  Pocket Scarf in Crochet: Completed Projects by LittleGreenStars on: January 31, 2008 08:54:21 PM
My aunt works at a clothing store and she was telling me about the pocket scarf's they got in, so I had to make one for myself in my favorite colors.

I used Vanna's Choice Olive & Purple.

I wanted to make the pockets deep enough for my whole hand to fit in, and so things won't fall out easily. And, it's a great alternative to mittens.

Sorry, the pics are a bit dark.

4  Shell scarf and a couple others in Crochet: Completed Projects by LittleGreenStars on: January 13, 2008 05:46:09 PM
I've had a few questions about the scarf I'm wearing in pic in another thread, so hear it is!   Cheesy

I got the pattern in a "Crochet Made Easy" booklet that I got a Walmart for just under $3.

I used about 1 and a half skein of Vanna's Choice "Brick"

I made this for my DH's best friend for Christmas. It was made out of some left overs that my SIL gave me.

I made this for my cousin. I single crosheted it so the colors would be striped and not splotchy. It's Red Heart "Watercolors".

Thanks for looking!  Wink

5  My attempts at a Vintage-esque Cloche in Crochet: Completed Projects by LittleGreenStars on: January 12, 2008 03:52:31 PM
I was inspired by dani.ELLE's  "Vintage-esque Cloche" that I decided to make some of my own.

I didn't use a pattern, I just went for it. Mine ended up more like beanie than a bell Cloche shape. Mine are also a bit plain. I didn't have a ton of buttons to choose from and I life to keep color combos simple, it's just my preference.

I LOVE them! Not too bad for only crocheting for 3 weeks.    Wink

My prototype

My favorite! I wear it everywhere

I made this to wear to my Great Aunt's funeral that was yesterday.
