i used toothpicks, but i cut em a little....then after baking i painted the "rays" with gold acrylic paint  Smiley

i'm gonna try and make some frida hairsticks next, one will have a round clay head that i'll paint like frida w/ some braided hair (bought a lock of hair already), and then i was gonna do a watermelon half on the other stick... (i'll post pics)

9  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re:some soap questions on: November 29, 2003 06:39:07 PM
i've never made soap before, but it's something i really want to try soon (like before x-mas hopefully) i'm wanting to experiment with exotic fruits tho...not sure if it'll work but i'd like to try flavor and scents that aren't common...like chirimoya (ecuadorian fruit) and maybe persimmon or pomegranate...maybe i should start w/ basic ingredients first tho :b that might be wise, before i get adventurous
