I went to a party over the weekend and had the most amazing salsa.  It was hot, onion-y, and tasted great.  This guy that was invited had made it.  It was better than any restaurant salsa I have had, even at authentic Mexican places.  Do you guys have any good, extra spicy, salsa recipes? 

p.s. I have been trying to get the recipe from the guy, if I get it I will post because it really was out of this world.
