1  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Charm Bracelet on: January 08, 2008 08:30:02 AM

Well! These are all my slightly defunct charms (ones I wouldn't sell because I don't think they represent my work well enough), all together on one slightly defunct bracelet! Yay! I totally love it, even though I see all the problems with it really easily.
2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Cheap CHEAP Chains? on: January 03, 2008 04:15:37 PM
I make charms, you see, and I've been looking for a jewelery resource site that sells really cheap cord or metal chains with fastens to put charms on. All I've found are chains from Dick Blick (love of my life)

http://www.dickblick.com/zz606/25/

I'm looking for essentially this or simple cord chains with fastens at very low (under a dollar at least) prices, and I was wondering if anyone knows any good craft sites where I can find this.

Just to make myself clear, I'm looking for a reputable site to buy these from and am not intending to solicite offers from people on craftster.

Thanks for your help!
3  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Sailor Moon, Cupcake, and Dragon Charms on: January 01, 2008 08:02:54 AM
Hi! I'm making charms to sell at anime boston, and here are some of the ones I've made.

This one isn't going to be for sale, I made it for myself because I think it's awesome. I wear it around.

I made a bunch of cupcakes in different colors, this being the first one.

And a Dragon! I've made a lot of different dragons I'll post in a little while, but this is th first one I made so I though I'd show it first.

4  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Sonic and Sora Perler Coasters on: December 30, 2007 07:44:32 PM
Well, as I can't pick a craft and stick to it, here are my first two perler coasters, a Sonic the hedgehog and a Sora from Kingdom Hearts (chain of memories).
Sonic is best, show I'll show it first even though it isn't.

not much to say other than the background are translucent suncatcher beads, so it looks nice propped up against my window.

Well, as my very first, this one is kinda sloppy and unattractive, the translucent beads are just randomly in the face, and so on. BUT it's distinguishably Sora, which motivated me not to quit.
5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Rainbow Fleece hats on: December 05, 2007 07:31:47 PM
Adapted pattern into a fantasticly puffy and oh so fun hat. I made two, take a look!

Here's my first hat, which I kept for myself and wear around. I've since closed the band so it looks more even, but here it's freestanding, which is cool too.

After I made mine, I liked it and my friend liked it too, so I made her one. It's the same pattern, she just doesn't wear hers over her ears like I do. But, her band is stitched, so it looks cleaner.

What do you think? I could post a tutorial if you want, I guess. It's  really simple pattern.
