Thanks everyone!  Smiley

I have been struggling for DAYS with Craftster's photo hosting (probably not a problem with them; more likely a problem with the compatibility between them and my computer Wink) but I have FINALLY !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! gotten photos uploaded of the beautiful things Retro_Rose made for my kiddos and me!  Can you tell I'm excited to finally get to share?  I've also had the flu this past week, as has my daughter, so I've been kinda out of commission anyway.  My poor husband.  Cheesy

First, a group shot of three of the items.  She made me two adorably adorable jewelry hangers with my favorite animal on them.  They have beaded details and each have three hooks to hang things on.  So useful, and also SUPER cute!  Also, there was a wonderful smelling bag of bath salts.  Wish we had scratch-n-sniff screens...

And a close-up of each jewelry hanger (no offense to the bath salt, but I don't think it needs a close-up Wink)

She also included extra beads, in case some fell off during shipping - a few did, but no major damage.  Still, it was really nice to have them in case!

And then she sent two beautiful, very well-made dresses for my step-daughter and daughter.  I know she spent a ton of time on these and it shows.  They are wonderful, and now I feel like I really didn't send nearly enough to make it even, even though I sent the sized items we agreed upon... I was spoiled!  Smiley

and...

back of this dress:

Unfortunately it's been rainy here so I haven't gotten a good chance to take better photos, and the dresses clearly don't hang properly on hangers as well as they'd do on a human body, but you can see that they are adorable and will look lovely on the girls.  I'll have to take some better photos when I get a chance.

Anyway, Thank you again Amy.  I love everything, I'm glad you like what I sent, and I'm sorry I didn't send more.  I can see you put a lot of effort into making me a beautiful package and you certainly succeeded!  <3

RyverChyld and I did a personal swap.  I'm sending hers in a few days, but I received mine the other day and everything is FABULOUS!

She made my daughter two reversible dresses.  The first one is this adorable tree:

Which reverses to this:

The other is this adorable bug print, which reverses to a yellow dress with a butterfly applique.  I didn't get a pic of that side, because... well, you'll see why:

She wanted to wear it.  Smiley Sorry it's sideways; photobucket wouldn't let me rotate it.

There were these adorable crocheted mushroom and cupcake:

And this wonderful little patchwork stuffed elephant!!!

Also this sweet artwork:

But!  The best part was this amazing pieced pillow cover (and pillow) with the names of my family members embroidered on it!  Smiley

Close-up of the elephants:

Close-up of my name:

I love it all so much!  Thank you sooooo much, RyverChyld!  I hope you like your package as much as I love this one.  Smiley

Well, I received from AlwaysInspired several days ago but I've been having trouble with my computer, so I'm just now getting pics posted.  Cheesy

First was this beautiful crocheted rug!  AlwaysInspired had her mom teach her how to do this!  I loooooove it.  First picture is the rug, second one is with my size 9.5 foot for size reference.  I need a new pedicure.  Cheesy

And sweet little Heidi the Goat, for Riley... she calls her "Heidi the Ghost."

Then, from my wists, this awesome herring fabric picture:

Racky inspired birdy:

And last but certainly not least...

These GORGEOUS inchies!!

Close-ups:

Thanks so much, Deana!  Once again, I adore everything.  Cheesy  It's all beautiful and wonderful and sure to be cherished.

I can't believe I forgot to post photos of the extras chrsdx sent me!  Agghhh... I had even uploaded the photo already.  Roll Eyes

I just saw them over on my craft desk and thought, "wait... did I even post photos of those?!"

This beautiful quilted purse, with pockets inside and all, and more fabric.  I was really spoiled.

Thanks again, chrsdx.  I love everything.  Smiley

Here is the gorgeous quilt I received from the amazingly talented (and patient!) chrsdx.  I am in awe of this beautiful little quilt, and will display it with great pride in my home.  I seriously feel as though I am not worthy of it.  It is so so so beautiful, and the pictures do not properly convey this.  I love it!

It's an elephant reaching up to a little fruit on a tree branch!  She used beads in the leaves and as the fruit itself.  There is metallic thread around the sun, which I attempted to show in another photo.  Unfortunately it was already too dark outside to take photos when I got home from work, and I have fluorescent lighting inside, which washes out everything.

These photos really really suck.

I love elephants, so this is just perfect.  And my walls are lime green, so the batik she chose will be beautiful against the wall.

And here's the sun, which you can barely even see in this pic:

She stitched rays coming out of it in different color threads.  So pretty.

Thank you so much, chrsdx.  I hope you enjoy your quilt 1/10th as much as I love this one.  Smiley  It's wonderful in every way.

Third package from millik!

I received a tiny yellow elephant incense burner, which is adorable but didn't make it into the photos.  My store sells incense and it's been a long time since I burned some, so I am going to buy some tomorrow!

I also received a bunch of coloring pages for my daughter and I to color, which I didn't take a photo of because there are TONS of them!  But they are all super cute and we've already colored many of them.  Wink

The things I did take photos of, however, are what you really want to see anyway since millik made them.

I was astounded when I opened this package!  Not only did I get spoiled, but the things she made me are BEAUTIFULLY made.  Wow.

First of all, this awesome robot pillow.

OK, so that's really the back.  The front looks like this:

EMBROIDERED ROBOT!  I love robots, and this is the most adorable pillow I've ever owned, hands down.  Smiley

Speaking of embroidery, I also received a beautiful, and I mean BEAUTIFUL, wall hanging:

I love this mermaid!  Another craftster had made a wallet with this embroidered on it for one of the OTT swaps, and I had wisted it.  Well, it was the mermaid that I wanted, not the wallet, and now I have a way to display it in my home.  It is so nicely done, and I love the real seashells sewn onto it.  Here's a bit of a closer shot (not much closer, I'm afraid):

Thank you so much, millik.  I am so glad to be friends with you and I can't wait to meet you in person in November!  This was a fun swap and I hope you love everything you received as much as I adore what you sent me.  Smiley  <3

Second package from millik!

She sent me some awesome spinning stuff.  Dyed roving, white roving, and instructions!

There was also dye, which didn't make it into that last photo... and two adorable scrabble tile pendants that millik made, and little hand wet-felted beads!  Smiley

This adorable little boxy pouch, which was filled with stickers!  Smiley

And two of these rockin' posters for Riley and me to color!  Cheesy

Thanks millik!  It's all awesome.  Wink

OK!  Here's my lovely first package from my awesome partner, millik!  Cheesy

Everything:

SCCSG (Super Cool Cross Stitched Goodies):

Her favorite holiday in cross stitch form (a zoooommmbiiiieeeeeeee - Halloween), and something relating to her favorite craft supply - this awesome cross stitched teeny weeny quilt!  She made the pattern and used rockin' fabrics for the rest of it.  So, you know, rad fabrics and cross stitch.  Smiley

IAETMJFOOHCL (In An Effort To Make Jeni Fall Off Of Her Couch Laughing)... something relating to her non-craft hobbies, wasting time on the internet.  Millik made me these hilarious "Postcards from the Internet" with various virals on them.  And did I mention that they're hand-drawn?  Rock out with your... cardboard and pen out. :

PCG (Paper Crafted Goodies) - OK, so I kind of had to lump these all into this pic because I was running out of space on my memory card:

There's an awesome notepad made from recycled manilla envelopes (used in actual shipping!!!!!) with a quote from a song by her favorite band!  And better yet, the song is about the DIY scene.  Wink

There is also a bundle of zines, something she collects.  I haven't had enough time yet to read all of them, but I'm really excited to be able to!

Aaaand... a card game, something made out of or with paper.  Can't wait to play this with my hubby when he gets home from Jiu Jitsu!

A summer essential, strawberries... made of felt (these are super cute and really soft and were originally in that red gingham bag with the ladybug sticker HELLO THAT IS AWESOME OK):

Lots of other stuff in the next photo:

Something local - postcards of kitty and Paul Bunyan and Babe.

Something she thinks smells good - there used to be soap but it's now in my bathroom and I have to concur, it smells fantastic... the little tag in between the postcards was on the soap.

Something from her favorite store - the little bottle cap magnets.  One has a cute smiling daisy and one has an elephant.  Made with resin.  Smiley

Something from her favorite video game - bags of bells from Animal Crossing (!!!).

Something edible - Asian chocolate/cookie tree trunks - very tasty, by the way.  Also, she included this cute cartoon-y pin with the Hostess cupcake on it.  Clever!

And extra stickers, made by her lovely girlfriend Tiffany!  My daughter stole these immediately after the photo shoot was over.  Grin

AAANNNDDD...  last but most certainly not least is something with her favorite animal on it, which she knitted on a loom; Mortimer Cat - Reluctant Superhero, who has since been confiscated but can be seen better in the first picture above:

Just to clarify, the cat is her "favorite" animal.  Wink  Millik is a lover of all animals, but the feline is the one she feels most connected to!  That's not to say that she doesn't just ADORE Mortimer, but the generic "cat" is her most cherished of our animal friends.

And here's his cape:

Thank you, millik!  As I've already told you, I love every single item.  You are far too creative and funny for your own good.  Cheesy

Wow, these are some great packages!  I love that apron, the paintbrush rolls, and all the thrifty stuff!

The earrings I made Pinky Yarn were freshwater pearl, and the other pair were FP and cubic zirconia.  Smiley

And here are a couple other shots of the bowl, just because I like taking pictures of these bowls.  Tongue

and close-up

I'm glad you liked everything, Pinky Yarn!

I love those shirts and the monster stitch markers!  And the rainbow hats are so so so cute.  Smiley  Especially on the model.  Cheesy

I received the other day from Pinky Yarn, but it's been so rainy that I couldn't get decent pics... so since today was the first sunny day in forever, I took some!

Here we go...

These awesome pillows from my wist!  She did an awesome job replicating them.

Then there were these framed inchies - so much fun to look through!

And this adorable fruit fabric:

These heart shaped crayons for my daughter:

There was an I Spy bag for my daughter, two little felted purses for her, and a cute crafty wreath with elephants on it.

And last but not least, a quilt!

Here's the back of the quilt, safari animals:

And this was in the bottom corner!

Thanks so much, Pinky Yarn!  Everything is great.  I hope you like your package too!  Cheesy

Hey, I received today from psychonmemphis and since it is the first sunny day in about a week here, I decided to take pics!

Here they are!

This adorable Ren and Stimpy pillow:

And this handsewn (!!!) AYAotD? bag (so cute!  She painted the logo)

Aaaannnd there was a Doug pin with fun lace ribbon and beady tassel, a Rocko's Modern Life paddle with the bouncy ball thing (she painted this), and a Petunia wallet!

Here's the back of the paddle ball paddle:

Thank you so much, psychonmemphis!  You did a great job on everything and I can't tell you how much my daughter keeps wanting to play with the paddle ball.  Tongue

Alright, be prepared to be jealous!  Smiley

I can finally post pics of the amazing package I got from AlwaysInspired.  It's nice and sunny out, so I took advantage of the lighting this morning!

First thing I opened was this beautiful birdhouse.  It's got a glittered bird on it, which was rather difficult to photograph, but hopefully you can see how beautiful it is!  I love it.  The little flowers on the sides have painted stems and buttons for the actual flower part.  Does that part of a flower have an official name?  Who cares, they're adorable.  Cheesy  I gasped when I unwrapped this, because it's so adorable!

Then there were an assortment of small items that I photographed together because this post is already going to have 15 pictures... no, I'm not kidding.  Tongue

My apologies that you can't see everything better; I have a great camera but between resizing the pics and the compression that the photo hosting does, it really takes away much of the detail.

There's an adorable little embroidered elephant in a... the name of those circular embroidery things is escaping me at the moment Roll Eyes, a mini Starry Night painting/pendant, a teeny tiny little elephant toy pendant (too cute!), a shrinky dink swallow pendant/charm, a butterfly clip for my kiddo's hair, an elephant stamp with a lovely watercolor background in a magnetic frame, a tissue paper mushroom (which is funny, because I saw these on Craftster the night before I received this package and commented that they were awesome!), and some pretty vintage crystals from her MIL's chandelier.  Smiley

I really wish you could see everything better, but while those are all fantastic pieces of this package, it's more important that the more involved crafty pieces get the attention they deserve.  Trust me, you'll see.

THHHHHEEEnnnnn...

This REALLY CUTE!!! shirt for my daughter, with a reverse-applique elephant on it.  I love it!  And I showed it to Ri, and she got very excited.  You didn't know this Deana (at least I don't think you did, but maybe I told you), but she claims purple is her favorite color, so good job on that.  Wink

Then there were the two most amazing things.

Drum roll, please...

Cherry the poppet!  She is gorgeous.  She is cherry-blossom themed, which is awesome because I kind of have a thing for cherry blossoms and I was born in and live very close to DC, where they have the cherry blossom festival every year.  She is beautiful!

The back of her kimono/obi:

Her bloomers!   Shocked

I love everything about her.  Her hair is so soft, her outfit is perfectly put together, the fabric is perfect for her, and I love the details!

And then, last but absolutely not least:

I got a Fairy God Mother Book!  Grin

I'm not including all of the pages here because there were TONS of them, but I've taken photos of some of my favorites (who am I kidding, they're all my favorites).

First, this letter was affixed to the front, as you can see in the above photo.  It was in an antiqued envelope with a wax seal of a key on the flap.

It reads,
