I would put in a new snap.

This is so great.  The easy-access is such a great touch, it will be very much appreciated by your newly-breastfeeding friend.  You are an incredibly thoughtful person.
23  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: The Girls from Ba Sing Se (Avatar) on: April 27, 2009 10:37:47 AM
I think this is great, and as a 25 year old, I want to say I wish I was into Avatar (I don't have a TV).

BUT!!!!!

Your icon is the bestest.  I lurve Firefly, and that was the funniest line ever.
24  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: reconstructed 1940s-style brassiere on: March 15, 2009 04:02:01 AM
I wish I had your breast confidence.  I got some nasty "saggy" comments in high school and switched immediately to "conforming" bras.

HOWEVER we are armpit sisters.  I also leave my legs alone.  The hubby don't care.  Now I just need to go swimming without covering them...

Wow.

How did you fold these?  Were tweezers involved?

*this rocks*
26  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Make Your Own Vanilla Extract on: March 13, 2009 10:05:06 PM
You can keep on adding vodka as you use the extract for a while, it doesn't water down the intensity.

Another favorite is to put the vanilla beans in sugar.  Voila!  Vanilla sugar for tons of yummy stuff.

Come visit me and wear it in Portland.  I think it looks fabulous.

Thank you for having such a kind heart.  I know Nivek felt your love and was blessed by it.  This memorial is so sweet, thank you for sharing it.

Haha!  When I was in high school I would sing it "Scrambled Eggs."  You just made my day.
30  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Romeo and Juliet tote on: February 24, 2009 05:13:46 PM
This is fabulous.  It reminds me of our dorm window I painted for Valentine's Day whilst in college.  I quoted "For never was a story of more woe / Than this of Juliet and her Romeo."  Also, I had the dagger and poison, of course.  This was at a highly religious college, mind you, so it had quite the effect on people!

May I steal your design?  It's great.
