Ok, I have a very serious question.
For halloween, I've decided that I want to dress up as Amy Lee in Evanescence's video, Call Me When You're Sober.  Below is the best picture I could find, but maybe some of you have seen this video and know what I'm talking about...black, around knee length... and the cape is, well its just a cape.  I'm hoping I can find one from simplicity, but I'm just not having any luck yet...

The whole kit and caboodle!  From left to right... Kitty cards I happend to have on hand, a drawstring kitty bag, a fish bone patch that I thought was adorable, stitch markers, a small hand sewn wallet-style bag, earrings, knitting needle caddy, and a few cat toys I purchased (because I didn't think I'd be able to craft them myself! )

I had a lot of fun making everything, despite sending a bit later than planned.

Ok, here are the lovely pictures of what I received from KeenKitty!


This picture features (from left to right) the beautiful picture frame, (also pictured below) the Black Cat tote bag (love it!), a bit of leftover felt, a lovely stamped headscarf (that I am currently wearing), an adorable kitty toy (that I need to get action shots of), and a package of Chococat (of Hello Kitty, Sanrio fame).  Now, I have to ask--did someone tell her that I adore Sanrio and especially Chococat?? LOL


This picture features the AWESOME frame with the BEAUTIFUL shrinky dinks, stamps, and felt cutouts.  If you look closely, you'll see the cutest stamp ever of a cat drinking from a toilet...it totally made my week!

I made these purses for my hair-dresser's daughters.  I used the basic Jordy-Bag tutorial but I changed it a bit to suit my liking.  I put a strap on each side instead of one going from end-to-end.  I also added a pocket on the front.  The bags are fully reversible and.. ..I guess that's all I can think of.  Let me know what you think about them!
