2  Re: ABC CD Swap Two in The Swap Gallery by Alexandra on: April 02, 2006 06:55:24 AM
I received from hgflower on Monday and now I finally have the picture, actually I have had the picture since Thursday but I've had loads to do. Anyway since I live in Sweden we sent some extras as hgflower wrote and since I like lipgloss she sent me THREE! That was totally awesome and have mad my whole week and probably will make my month and spring too (the offering of lipgloss in Sweden isn't the best, or at least not as exotic as it seem to be in California, just the fact that all three have sunscreen/lip protectant is fun since it is still pretty much minus Celsius and winter here).

But I really liked the Cds as well, and here is the playlist:

(bonus track) Jackson 5 – ABC
Aguabats – Pizza day
Beck – Bad Cartridge (E-pro) Remix by X-dump
Cake – Sheep go to heaven
Ditty bops – Sister Kate
Everclear – Sunflowers
Foo Fighters – Razor
Get up kids – Action & Action
Hippos – Pollution
Imogen heap – Can't take it in
Jimmy eat world – For me this is heaven
Kendall Payne – Scratch
Limbeck – Honk + love

Mark Mothersbaugh – Ping Island/Lighting rescue
No doubt – Six feet under
Ozma – Domino effect
Phantom planet – Do the panic (live)
Queen – Fat bottomed girls
Reel big fish – Say “ten”
Save Ferris – Spam
Tegan & Sara – Where does the good go
Up syndrome – Safe sex
Vonela Shepard – Searchin’ my soul
Weezer – Across the sea
Cold play – X&Y
Yellowcard – October nights
Zwan – Come with me

And yes, we do have pretty similar taste! I think we used a lot of the same artists, or at least I thought about using a lot of the artists on the Cd I sent. But anyway, I really liked them, thank you sooo much Audrey!

I used Photoshop 7.0, but it's pretty easy so I think the most versions works. But anyway, I can try to explain, and then hope you will understand it.

So open the picture and crop it or make it to the size you want. And if you want it in black and white, you... follow the picture.

And then, if you want less colors you choose Image, Adjustments, Posterize.

And now, if you can't see the rulers, you click at view, rulers. And when you can see them you... click at it twice. And then this box comes up, and there you choose guides, grids and slices and in the box where it says Gridline every you choose 1 pixel.

And select view, extras. And hopefully it will look like this.

And then you just print the screen with the print screen button and paste it in to a new document, where you can crop it and print it out.

I hope you understand and good luck!

And thank you funkstart for the perfect idea about the glamrock artists!
