I didn't like it at all when I saw it in the magazine but it looks really nice on you so I need to re-think I guess.
That happens to me a lot! I can't seem to see if the pattern will look good on me or with different fabric, haha! Lots to learn I guess!
Nice dress, Liliv! It looks great on you and I love the colour. Do you know that the Dutch wear orange whenever we have a Dutch national celebration like Kings Day or when the Dutch socker team plays The European or World Champion Cup (or whatever, I don't like socker!)? So you can come and join us on 27th April on Kings Day and wear that pretty dress!
That yarn is beautiful and it's great it went to someone who actually knows what to do with it! If I had received it I would have oohed and ahhhed over it pet it a bit then would have had to re-gift it!
I'm crocheting a giraffe for my son at the moment, really need to finish that first BUT I couldn't resist and went to dropsdesign to look for a nice crochet pattern just for ME
So, yes it really came to the right place!!
And my MIL is a great knitter, she could knit me a whatever in a flash.
That many left? wow--so now I have no idea, but maybe I will get yours! ha ha
I am not going to look...I love surprises!
Haha, yes well I was thinking that almost everything was received yet, but there were still 8 to go, now 7 to go. Hard to figure out which one will be your prize. And with no one giving clues, it could be anything!
Some sent early, some sent around SU date, so anything is possible! The thing I thought I would win, wasn't the one, haha! I'm not a good guesser
I hope that the Craftsters that didn't receive yet, will all receive around the same date. That keeps it exciting!
Thanks so much for sharing this with us! I love reading it all and going through the pictures makes it more alive!
My partner would love to live like this, but I'm not with him... Not enough space in the Netherlands (and way too many rules and restrictions) but I wouldn't want to emigrate to Norway (like he wants to) or Canada or so... I would get so homesick, I'm sure.
I visit your blog now and then, not so often last few weeks and I'm a huge fan of you and your farm!
You, your husband and all your animals rock!
And yes, I like goats standing on whatever too, haha!
