I made this from the book Crafting Christmas Gifts by Tilda, its supposed to be a Goodnight Angel but i`ve not put wings on it, but may do  Grin
It was so easy to make and there`s loads of other things in her book to make as well.

Hi, i think the pattern is from the 1950`s and its a size 40 bust. How would i alter it to make it bigger , Smiley i know i have to bear in mind that patterns were different then.

I`ve bought some black satin today for a bag for a wedding, also bought some gold satin to line it.
If the buttercup pattern won`t look right, can anyone suggest another pattern please. I want a bag with handles.

I made these makeup bags , the Elvis one for a friends birthday, and the other one for my sister.
They loved them, and they`re so easy to make. Grin

Here is a pair of bovverboots Grin  ie: 1hr Bootees i  made from from the book, they`re for my great nephew due in June.
The colours really are red and navy blue, i`m not happy with the red buttons i think they`re too small so i`m going to go for something more chunky .
I know the duck buttons look yellow but my camera has done that Angry They`re a bright red  Grin

Does anyone know the difference between the sizes of knitting needles , surely i`d just have to pick the correct size for a pattern etc.I`m confused cos i thought they`d be the same size all over  Smiley

I made this bag for my hubby to use when we went on holiday in Oct. It holds the charger, razor and a special little pocket to put the tiny little brush cleaner in so it does`nt get lost.
 Had to use a Manly fabric though! anything pink wou;ld have been a no no  Grin
