I ruined 2 brand new bras through washing them in machine   Cry - i always wash them by hand now.

Hello, this is my first post.
I have 3 pairs of trousers that are very tight on the waistband, middle aged spread, i`m afraid!
Now i`d like to jazz the waistbands up, as well as making them a little more comfy to wear.
Has anyone got any good ideas please for a middle aged mad woman,lol
