I received the best package from lapoli earlier this week. She sent me a bunch of great fibers for me to pratice spinning on my drop spindle.

First up is an awesome batt of corriedale, glitz and icicles. I have already started spinning with this and it looks so cool!

Next is some hand painted roving. The colors in this roving are so pretty- it reminds me of a tree.

Lapoli knit me the cutest Christmas sock ornaments. I can't wait to put them on my tree. In the background is some fun multi colored roving

I am very intrigued by the natural wool dryer balls that she made for me- I am going to try them out this weekend- along with the homemade laundry soap

Last but not least is some yummy smelling soaps. I seem to have misplaced my labels, but I believe the purple one in lavender and the other one has apricot seeds in it. Lapoli can you help refresh my memory?

The soaps and the ornaments came in cool stamped muslin bags that I can't wait to reuse!

Thank you for such a thoughtful swap package lapoli!!!

I just realized that I forgot to post pictures of the wonderful package that Banga sent me.

She sent me an awesome piece of tree artwork and a mixed bag of roving.

Here is a close up of the tree art. It is hard to tell from the pictures, but the leaves are actually shiny.

Thank you so much Banga!

And she also included a crochet vine. Sorry about the shoddy picture- it was really hard to get a good shot of it

Thank you for your generosity RhymeswOrange!!!

Whew, I finally have time to post the wonderful package that I received from mcbenno on Friday.

First is a wonderful tree of life pendant.

Next is a series of tree themed ATCs. These are my first ever ATCs and I love them. It is hard to choose, but I think my favorite is the middle one with the fish jumping over the tree. It is hard to tell but the first one has a metal bird's nest and the last one has metal ornaments. Awesome!

A tree triptych for my craft room. It was so hard to take a photo of this- but the sky is a light purple and the trees/ground is a dark purple. I love how twisty and curly they are.

And I have definitely saved the best for last. mcbenno made me a wonderful patchwork skirt. I love the colors and the fabrics she used and the corduroy tree pocket. It is so perfect!

Thank you so much mcbenno, you've been such a wonderful partner!

I love the variety of yarn in this gallery!

I finally took some time to take pictures of the yarn I've recieved so far.

From myklia- I love the white handspun yarn.

From thatswhatshesaid-the lace will add a wonderful texture to my scarf.

And finally from imafundork-the black and white yarn is so soft and squishy.

THANK YOU!!

I finally have time to take pictures of the package I received from DesignVigilante earlier this week.

First the crafted items: The can, a really neat devil hat, and a pair of fingerless gloves to match. These will come in handy when I go trick or treating tomorrow!

And the extras: a candy corn lollipop, "Boo" ribbon, a really cute pumpkin candle holder, some crime scene tape, and an awesome Halloween tea towel (under everything else)

There was also a pumpkin scented candle and some peanut butter cups, but the trip to my house was not kind to them Cry

Thank you!

I found the picture from the U.P. I love how odd this tree looks.

And I took this picture of a Japanese maple on my trip to Hood River Oregon this spring. I love the shape and color of the leaves!

I cannot wait for partners!!
