I got home today to more great packages in the mail!

Rylnn made me this fantastic birds nest necklace for my mom.  I asked to beads that had a more natural/mottled/egg-like coloring.  Didn't she do a great job.

And then she stuffed the envelope full of PUL fabric for me.  The designs are really fun.   I just wanted some small pieces to make some reusable feminine pad liners.  These are almost too cute for that.  Some of the pieces are a nice size so I think I'll probably make some wet bags and makeup cases out of the cutest fabric (like those owls...I really love that print).

I received the cutest sea creatures from bananaleg!  I just love them all.  I think the nautilus is my favorite but I love all the little fins and detail on the pufferfish and the jellyfish has such a cute face.

I love that shirt with the stars on it.  I think I have the same one on my pinterest (maybe I even repinned it from you Monica).  How cool that it glows in the dark (at least I assume it does).  Averia, if you ever want to make another on feel free to claim me.   Grin

I received from A2K today.  She sent me a great pair of mittens.  They're cable knit with a nice wool and then felted, just what I wanted.  They fit perfect and are nice and warm.  They should do a great job of keeping me warm this winter.  She also sent some extra ribbon.

Thanks so much!

P.S. I love the stitching around the edges of the package.  What a fun way to dress it up.

Those thief birds are cute.  What a clever idea.

I received a cute squid stuffie from Molliemoo.  He's all needle felted, with big cute eyes, and yarn tentacles.  She also sent along some owl earrings.

That bigfoot is too much fun!

I received by own package of goodies...

It's the cutest little deer!

And a shrinky dink charm of an anglerfish.  I love weird sea creatures so this in perfect for me.

I found two packages in my mail today!

1st a great supply package from Eddie.  A nice assortment of knitting needles and some sock yarn.  This package pretty much doubled my knitting needle collection...so it's much appreciated.

Then Frosty772 sent me a dog dish mat.  It's a cute paw print material backed with some fleece.

Here's an action shot from dinner tonight.  Looks like Loki approves.

So many great stuffies went up on here since I last looked.  I love them all!

Now for the great ones I received from Camelama.

She wrapped them up all pretty with ribbon with felt flowers.

She sent me this great little fox.  He's made out of some kind of faux suede and so so soft.  Isn't he cute?

He has a cute little tail too.

My second stuffie is an adorable little otter.  He came wrapped up in his own kelp bed and clutching a shell.   Guess he brought all the comforts of home with him.

The funny thing is I made Camelama a little otter too.  Guess we both had otters on the brain.  Smiley

Thanks so much Camelama.  I love them both!

I received a lovely needle roll and some extra knitting needles from claire313.  I've already put the needle roll to good use.  Sure beats the plastic bag I was using before.

Thanks again, Claire.

I received a great package from skaborsk.  She made me a embroidery hoop straight from my wists.  It's perfect!  She did such a nice job on it.

And she sent along some sugar scrub.  I live the spice scent!  My skin is always so dry in the winter so this is going to be put to good use.

Then I came home today to another package in the mail!  This one from redstar13.

She sent me some great slippers.  Here's an action shot...

and a Swiffer cover.  IF you look close in that last pic you can see all the dog fur on my floor...I swear with two labs it's impossible to keep the floor clean.  So I'll be putting this to good use. Smiley

Thanks so much.  I love both of my packages.

Pretty market bag...I may have to wist that as well.

Those socks are great too.  I'm always impressed that someone can knit socks in the two week window for this swap.  I have a pair I started for my husband about 3 weeks ago and I've manage to knit about 4" of one sock in that amount of time.

I received by artwork from Cinnamon Teal this weekend.  She sent me two great paintings based in the sea creatures prints I had listed.

One is a great nudibranch.

The other is a crab.

I love them both!  Now I just have to find frames that work for them.
Thanks so much.  She also sent some extra magazines and dog treats.  Sorry I didn't get a pic of the treats...I feed them to the dogs already.  They loved them.
