1  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Berroco Suede - anyone know how to make this yarn work? on: January 18, 2009 05:16:52 PM
I knitted the Coachella top from Knitty (http://knitty.com/ISSUEsummer07/PATTcoachella.html)... frogged and then again... in the size small. It fits ok, just the drape changes All the Time. It just doesn't want to Stay in one shape. It starts out being decent, and then a little later you can almost see Everything...
So, any tips as to what to do?
And since I bought some more of the yarn.... can you think of any cool patterns to do with it?
All suggestions welcome!
Thanks!
2  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Chicken wire? ... on: December 09, 2007 09:13:16 AM
Hi!
So I bought a whole bunch of chicken wire for a model i was making for class. The model turned out fine, but now i have a bunch of extra wire lying around... in my room... taking up space. It's about 3x6 feet, really pokey, attacks anything that comes near it.  Undecided
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
