The only thing better then crafting is geeky crafting!! I decided that i needed to have some much overdue fun with the shrinky dink paper i picked up on 25% off day at Michael's . I didn't think they even made this stuff anymore! So well watching Tv the other night i got down to it. I decided to draw prince and his karamari from We Love katamari and then I did two blue elebits from the wii game elebits (the most under rated wii game EVER ). And then we had the printer shrinky paper so my boyfriend helped me photoshop our class crests from WoW so that they would work on this paper. Anyway so the small blue one is the priest symbol and the big dark ones are the warlock crest (that is me! Go Gnome or Go home!) anyway so yeah I haven't made them all into jewelery yet but i have done the katamari into earings and the wii mote and priest crest into a keychain for my boyfriend.

 Anyway you know what they say geekieness is next to godliness!!

So, This is my first post at Crafster although I have been lurking a long time. I thought I would start the sharing with some cakes that i have made since I have the most pictures (you tend to take more pics of something when your about to destroy it). Anyway I host these "Nintendo parties" where I organize  10 or 11 tournaments, we give out medals and prizes and really just have fun staying up all night. The first one is the wii cake a exact replica of the nintendo wii. (we measured) and the other one is mario breaking a block. I made the wii cake out of brownie mix instead of cake mix so i could shape it. it even has a memory card flap made out of chocolate. The mario cake was painfully made out of those caramel squares (two colors) and red hots. I cut every pixel. I just really really love nintendo.
