1  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Lady Gaga in the Meat Dress (No real meat involved) on: November 01, 2010 12:40:54 PM
For my costume, I went as Lady Gaga and the infamous Meat Dress. Only instead of using real meat (which would have been gross, smelly, and heavy) I opted for fabric which I then painted.

(My boyfriend is wrapped in foil and went as Left Overs, in case you were wondering. Lol I had nothing to do with it though.)

2  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Poison Ivy! on: November 04, 2009 07:45:19 PM
So I was Poison Ivy this year. (I have the red hair so I was half way there already.) However, I came down with a lovely bout of pneumonia the entire week prior to halloween so I had to make my costume from my death bed. I didn't get into as much detail as I had originally planned but I'm happy with my results....

3  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Sci Fi girl from 1964! on: November 01, 2008 11:25:02 AM
I don't know what exactly to call my costume. Let's just say I was inspired by old cheesy 1960's sci fi movies. Kinda went more towards a Barbarella style I guess. At least thats what people said. I loved my costume anyway.  Grin

Me and my lazer gun:

(I also made my friend's indian costume and ladybug costume. But I'm just submitting my own!)
4  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / My dog as Harry Potter on: October 28, 2008 06:29:33 PM
This is a costume I made my dog for a animal costume contest. Sadly, he did not win. I'm proud of it anyway! It's a really simple costume though. Just a cape with a tie. I also knitted him a matching yellow/burgundy striped scarf but I misplaced it somewhere.  Sad

Anywho.... Here are some pictures:

I was only able to get him to wear his "glasses" for a moment.

Hood up.
