Received from Incorporeal!!! Here is my wonderfully smelling and completely amazing package
I received: a wide, comfy, and beautiful scarf in which I love the beaded detail on the fringework; a market bag; patchouli soap; mint soap; peppermint bath salts, two orange canvases with leaf prints on them; a super cute mini notebook; two hemp and cork coasters and two wooden coasters; and a washcloth and scrubbie I love everything! Here are the pictures!
This year I participated in a craft sale for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. I'm part of a team called Jana's Angels in memory of my boyfriend's mother. I figured, since she crocheted and crafted, why not do a craft sale booth in her honor I didn't reach the $100 mark, but sold just under at $99. Not too bad, considering each drink cozy was sold for a dollar I also sold bookmarks for $1 as well, but only sold two of those. One rapunzel scarf did sell for $10 which was pretty neat too! Here are the pictures!
Hello everyone! I received my second package from annigirl22 a very long time ago, and am just now able to post pictures. I am in the middle of a move, and a somewhat crazy state of mind due to the move and all the cleaning involved that I haven't had much time for anything. I feel bad because I kept promising pictures to my swap partner and am just now doing it. Anyhow, here is the package! I am in love with everything. First, I opened a beautiful purple card which has really cute flowers on it. Stationery and cards really make my day when they're super cute
Included in the swap package, was an equally cute kitchen accessories set. I have always dreamed of an orange kitchen and do my best to make one, even while renting and not being able to paint or make huge changes, even in the new duplex. These certainly liven up the kitchen and I am very thankful to have them as I threw out most of the old kitchen towels I had (long story, not for here lol)
There were also some really amazing pomegranates in dark chocolate in the package. It's a funny story really--I hadn't eaten that day, and had the package in my car so after work I could have a pick-me-up. Because it was really hot in my car they were all melty, but as savage as it sounds, I literally scooped little melted chocolate covered pomegranates from the bag and ate them as is They were very good, and even better once I got home and threw them into the fridge for a cool down
The last item is my favorite item because it fits me perfectly. I love stripes, I love euro shams, and I love upcycled projects. This pillow case used to be a sweater I believe she said, and I love the back for the euro sham closure feel. I like how the stripes have not only different colors, but also different textures which makes it very interesting and complementary to nearly any room in my home. I believe this is going to be a craft room pillow as I have decided to take a bunch of decorative pillows and use them as floor pillows in a corner to create sort of a comfy and stylish seating area Pictures show front and back:
Thank you very much Annigirl22! You matched my tastes perfectly yet again and given me amazing and useful things for my new duplex apartment
Here is my package from Annigirl22! We are so similar! I found a use and place for everything from package one, and I'm in love with so many things! I apologize for the somewhat not so good photos. I have lost the charger cord to my camera that hooks up to my computer. I could just buy a new one, but I have a lot of fun taking pictures with my 3DS, I just haven't mastered it yet I received: ----pretty angel yarn in orange due to always knitting or crocheting. ----coconut lotion which makes me hungry because it smells so good and that is her "all time fave." ----Seasoning for cooking hobby ----2 beaded bracelets in some of her favorite pretty colors. ----lychees for the sentimental category, still not sure what they are, but I will look into it ----leather bracelet as a story, from an old friend, passed to a new friend. ----Tom's deoderant, her fave, which smells like burts bees mixed with lavender, and works very well. ----A cute purse she found thrifting, which is exactly like hers--I love the sequin detail
Now onto the photos: Group Shot!
Yarn which looks so much better in person than in this photo.
Seasoning on far right with some of my other seasonings:
group shot! This is the best picture I have of the apron. I received a rapunzel scarf, mirror, apron, tin, extra buttons/pins/stamper, and stickers. It was packaged so wonderfully that I am going to save the packaging materials and reuse them in my current swap
up close and personal with the photo frame mirror that keeps eyeing me
buttons and a stamper and a beautiful Tie-dye like tin covered in swirly clay Her son assisted in creating this, which I thought was really neat. It's always great to share the crafts we do with those we love.
Rapunzel, Rapunzel, I have your beautiful scarf! I love it
Thank you so much Witchhippie! Sorry for the delay in posting pictures, but your work is beautiful and these items are happy at home in my apartment
package two Everything together: five upcycled fabrics to add to stash, armwarmers(medium utilizing best craft/upcycling with crochet), buttons, small containers, a Green is the new Black book, and the cutest picture frame that I made a mini collage in that says "make a friend."
the armwarmers and what I assume to be perhaps her favorite button that was sent
Here are my goodies from AmazingAlex. Huge package! lol
She did a really great job finding things useful for me. I felt like I was spoiling my apartment with all the household decor items And I stare at the pillows every day, stating to my boyfriend, "I love these pillows" Anyhow, here is a group shot of most of the items(minus earrings and barefoot sandals).
Melted record swirl tree and bowl, six handmade jasmine candles, bamboo coasters, peace sign lollipop, hippie stickers.
the wonderful pillows. The purple one has pink on the other side. The blue one has green on the otherside. I'm going to make more in the future and have a couch full of these pillows!:
the record swirl tree:
I will post a picture of the earrings later, but do not have a photo for the sandals...this swap took my dumpster diving virginity when I found out that my boyfriend had accidentally pitched (!!) the box with some items left in it. I recovered the earrings and the cute box they came in, but could not find the sandals. It was three in the morning and I thought the cockroaches were going to eat me. I feel really bad about this as I had never had that happen before but everything is so wonderful, I am very happ with this swap. I'm sorry AmazingAlex for the dumpster mishap

Thank you so much ollieorange!!! Can't wait for package two!!!
I received package number two a few days ago. I am really happy with this package. I received an embroidery kit (which I've wanted for several years now), AND a stenciling kit. Altogether, I received, a tee-shirt, socks, embroidery supplies (lots of embroidery floss, fabric, a hoop, scissors, a small embroidered butterfly project to try out, recycled cardboard holders for the embroidery floss, embroidery needles...I hope I'm not leaving something out), and a stenciling kit (acrylic paint, medium to mix with the acrylic paint to make it permanent, freezer paper for stenciling, and a sponge brush), and check out the card she sent! It's so cute and I'm very happy with all my lute!
package three I received the final package a while ago and am now just getting around to posting pictures. I received new additions to my wardrobe which really made my day. Here is everything! I received a black fight club tee, which is wonderful because the only one I had was white and I really needed a black one. I not only like the design, but she chose an amazing shirt for the transfer to go on. It has ribbing on the arms which conceals flabby arm, and the collar of the shirt is a looser fit, reminding me of french style tees. She also made me a cotton skirt with a large/thick waistband, which helps it to stay in place and hides tummy bulge. I really enjoy how flattering this skirt is. The pictures don't do justice, but it's a skirt that can go with pretty much anything and be classsy, cool, professional, etc, whatever I need it to be. I also received a cool headband which is really fun. It brings out my natural side
Thanks so much OllieOrange! You totally rocked these packages and I'm so happy with them!
Here are the beautiful (and useful) potholders/hotpads that were crocheted for my kitchen. I donated a few to the group home too as most of our hotpads were donated to the new group home. These we get to keep
Here is a close-up of the beautiful card that she sent along with the goodies!
This is the purse that she crocheted for me. I've always wanted a crocheted granny square purse, I've just never had the time to make one...or anything for myself for that matter
Here are the useful tips for grocery shopping and being extra frugal when in the kitchen (This is exactly what I needed)
And last but not least, here is the apple butter, taken just seconds before it was put to good use on some bagels!
Thank you troublet for the wonderful package and helpful/useful items. I am one happy girl now!
