1  Heirloom Ornaments--FAB upcycle! in Winter Holidays by Summerland1975 on: December 06, 2009 07:28:33 PM
Recently, My family went through OLD jewelry left to us from Grandma and our Aunt Mary.  Most of it was outdated, broken, mismatched, aged and dull... though all reeking of utter fascination and history!

An idea I had was to convert some of the pieces to ornaments.  (Easy thinking when you are accustomed to pirating vintage jewelry)  I felt that in this way, some of the men in the family could also hold on to some of these keepsakes.

This is my first post.. so please notify me if I need to do something different to make these images viewable!!

I hope my project idea is inspiring to some of you!
