1  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Tips for Participating in Craft Fairs / what do you do if... on: September 22, 2006 01:56:42 PM
I've been thinking about partcipating in a craft fair, and I was just curious, if someone wants to order one of your crafts because you've run out or something...how do you handle the money? I mean, when do they have to pay? If you just send the craft to them, they might not pay, but people might be a little skeptical about paying beforehand.

Someone's probably going to give a really obvious answer and i'll just hang my head and say "I could've thought of that..." Cheesy
2  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / journal swap(?) on: June 06, 2006 10:25:46 AM
A few weeks ago I saw a thread on a journal swap, where ten people rotate ten journals, until you eventually get yours back at the end. Unfortunately, it had been canceled. This swap sounds like an amazing idea. I'd be more than willing to organize it. However, I'm still involved in my first swap, so I'll have to wait for the feedback to come through. Also, I'm moving this summer, so I probably won't be able to get organized until around the middle of August. This just sounds like such a good swap, I wanted to keep the idea out there. Would anyone else be interested in participating, or even organizing so it could start sooner?
