This is amazing! You did a wonderful job!  If I had a skirt like that, I'd wear it all the time!  I, unfortunately, do not have the patience or skill to make such a skirt!  Thanks for sharing!  Smiley

I love your bowls, especially the army men!  My little brother graduates from bootcamp in a few weeks.  I'd love to make him something like that.  Thanks for the inspiration!

1834  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: How to knit a baby blanket... on: December 25, 2007 04:33:41 PM
I feel your pain!  Thanks for the laugh.  Cheesy I've only ever made two baby blankets.  The first one never made it to its intended child, but rather to a child born a year later!  And for the second one, I made nine squares and sewed them together...much less stress that way!
1835  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Super fast purses GREAT GIFT! on: December 23, 2007 08:38:38 PM
Those are gorgeous! I can't believe they took one night each to knit!  I want to try this out...if only I knew how to cable knit (adding that to my mental to do list).  Thanks for the inspiration! Grin

I live in Fort Myers, too!  And have, unfortunately, lived here the majority of my life.
