I'm not big on the books dealio as you can find a lot of the same recipes online for free and as I'm a college student as well as a mom & money ='s the tight. I only own 2 vegetarian books and one is fairly old but it tells you how to make a lot of your own things such as Soy (yogurt, milk, etc) as well as Tofu, etc which I love.
