What a beautiful dog! She makes a great logo. We have a labrador-pit mix. His name is Bud.

43  My first handsewn project... in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by DaisyTattoo on: November 19, 2007 09:33:54 PM
I decided to start with an oven mitt. It's for my mil for christmas. I still need to put an edge on it. But overall I think it looks pretty good. Too bad I couldn't use my sewing machine, but the thread kept messing up Sad Oh well. Thanks for looking.

44  Sewing machine help in Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions by DaisyTattoo on: November 19, 2007 05:59:03 PM
Well, I dug the old sewing machine out of the back room and have tried to thread it. I attempted to sew a line across some fabric and my thread is getting all messed up. Anybody know what I am doing wrong?

45  What to do with christmas fabric... in Winter Holidays by DaisyTattoo on: November 15, 2007 12:52:59 PM
Hi everybody. This is my first post and I just want to say this is one swell site you have here. I am now an addict and have been taking in as much information as possible. You have greased my crafting wheels and I once again have the motivation to try what I was never really good at in the first place Wink

Anyway, the reason for my post is really just for some ideas. I picked up some cute fabric remnants last night and can't decide what to do with them. I am debating on making an oven mit or 2. But what else would these be good for?
