Today I made my first ever Fimo project(s). It was exciting.

I started off with the Aquabat mascot thing (www.theaquabats.com) for my boyfriends keys. It didn't turn out as amazing as I had hoped but I think it's pretty decent for a first try. Used a penny to show the size.





Then I decided I'd try something that would probably be easier and definately be cuter.

The first one went really well so I got excited and made them all! Again with a penny for size.

Made these a while ago as juggling balls for the boyfriend to teach me how to juggle. I'm a quitter and juggling is hard so now they mostly just decorate my computer desk.

This is my first real post, apologies for having to link to the pictures. If I ever get enough posts I'll come edit it.

I made this toque a year or more ago for my boyfriend who loves Superman.


It took me forever. I knit it in the round on dpns with not a lot of color experience. Made the chart myself by printing a chart and then printing the picture onto it. I had to keep going back and forth instead of truly doing a round. It was a mix of intarsia and fair isle (I think.. I still don't entirely know what I'm doing when it comes to colors that aren't stripes). It is kind of a mess inside...


He loves it though and this year got a job on Smallville. I thought he'd feel silly wearing it to work but he doesn't and always comes home and tells me about all of the compliments he got that day. Tom Welling told him "nice hat"! He says that if I made more he'd be able to sell them to people there but I really don't have the patience to do it again.
