1  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / Upper Thread getting caught on: July 06, 2013 02:57:19 PM
I have a Singer Futura...CE100 I think. It's an older embroidery machine. Anyways, I have used it the past 2-3 Yeats with no problems. The past couple times I've tried to use it, the upper thread keeps getting caught under face plate where bobbin case is. I have no idea why. Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening or should I look into getting it serviced?

 Angry

I just bought a new sewing machine from the Home Shopping Network and it broke the needle it came with and bent a second needle. It is as if the timing is off for the needle bc it's hitting a flat spot and being dragged. Does anyone know how to fix this or should I send it back??
