I really like the stitching on the LeVelle hoop - is it yarn?

Nope it is thread... A lot of it! It was quite fun, I was just stitching any which way I wanted till it was dense enough to make the letters stand out

I'm so glad you like them! I was going to add some little seed beads to it but I didn't have a small enough needled for the beads to fit on so I couldn't. I was down to the wire cause my husband had surgery Tuesday. So sorry about that.. But I'm glad it worked out perfectly to match your wedding colors, and I am happy your DH likes it too. my DH is getting excited.

That is really awesome! I've been looking into using homemade soap for laundry. Do you have to use a little bag to hold the "tabs" in the washer?

Figured it out. May not be able to send out till Monday but by then for sure! Yay! So excited!

I just have to finish up the back on Homerof2's hoop then send it out. And for megstar I have the "easy" big hoop done but am sending a smaller one because the first one took me like an hour and I don't feel like that is enough.

Is it okay if the second one I am making doesn't have anything but thread? Since the first one is such an awesome idea? Or should I incorporate some not just thread into it?

So after spending about 6 hours on and off today Homerof2"s hoop is finished except for the back. And I'm at a loss as to how to finish up the back of this hoop. Also how do most of ya'll ship your hooplas? I'll be shipping mine from PA to Canada so is there anything special I need to know of how to pack it?

Figured out what I will be doing for both of my partners! Now to find the time to stitch 'em up!
