This was pretty basic...and probably the easiest one I've done (also the first time i've used a pattern)  This was an Amy Butler pattern and a Jane Sassaman fabric...

5  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Patchwork purse and matching cosmetic bag on: November 03, 2007 03:08:23 PM
Here is a set I made for my daughter.  She picked out the fabrics and wanted them patched together.  Then I made a matching cosmetic bag/wristlet.

Sorry about the link but I haven't posted enough yet.

Hope you like it  Smiley
6  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Diaper Bag on: November 03, 2007 09:03:45 AM
I made this diaper bag for a friend.  I knew she wouldn't want one with the traditional colors.

This is the outside of the bag.

This is the view (not a full view but it works) of the inside.  I used the same fabric on the inside on the reverse of a diaper pad and included it in the bag.  I also put pockets all the way around the inside.

Here is one more view of the outside.  The straps were a little flimsy so next time I would put strapping inside of the fabric.  I did that on a purse for my daughter and it came out much better.

This is my first post so I hope I did this right  Smiley
Didn't know I couldn't post the pics so I hope the links work!
