Great tutorial!  I made mine tonight and everything went great until I decided to add the snap.  It was the first time I had ever done that and I didn't get it exactly right so it's a bit wonky.  I will definitely make more & just be a bit more careful with the snap.  Thanks!

Hello all!  I made this this weekend because my two year old was toting around a skein of yarn as a baby ohm ;p  She's a big fan of Nausicaa, and i can certainly think of worse role models. Cheesy

She is so cute!  She loves her baby ohm***says the girl who has no idea what a baby ohm actually is.  Smiley

If anyone wants to make a bag shaped like this and doesn't know how - i could draw a pattern!

That is AWESOME!!!  Way better than those ugly red and blue plastic mats we used when I was in kindergarten.  Did you use a pattern or just make it up as you went?  My little boy is only 6 months but I might make him one for the future.
