Most childrens don't like radish but maybe they will eat it when it look like this:


(the photo is made one day after I made them. Some of the mouse look like they have a black eye so maybe it better to eat them on the same day you make them)


Radish, peppercorns, cucumber, (dutch) cheese

-Get the green stuff off the radish (don't cut the root of)
-Make 4 cuts to make the top of the radish pointed
-Make smal hols with a skewer (or someting else) for the eyes
-Place small peppercorns in the hols
-Make small cuts for the ears
-Take a small slice of the bottem of the mouse (so it can't roll anymore)
-Cut the small slice in two en place them in the cuts for the ears
-Put the mouse together with a piece of cheese and a small flag on a slice of cucumber

This weekend my city turns pink and yesterday I have joined a Friday Night Skate with the theme pink. When I was younger I never had a princess dress so I know what I wanted to make.

I combined plastic with 'normal' fabrics so I look like a toy princess, but larger. I also intergrated some scrapbook stuff (the diamants and harts on the skirt and shirt). It was quite heavy but I had had a lot of fun with waving (like a princess of course) to everybody who was watching us.

Friends of my have their nursery room in Super Mario style. So I painted some clothes hangers. I give them including the (bought) shirt.

For a theme party I've made a belly dance costume.

I've made a harem pants, a top, sleeves, a head scarf and a coin hip belt

I've made a Japanese Geisha costume for a friend.

I've made a Kimono, a Obi (and a Obi Makura and Jiime) and a under skirt (instead of a traditional Naga Juban)
She bought a wig, socks, sandals, a bag and a fan.

A lamp with a knitted cozy. Now it matching my interior style.



This is how it was looking before:

A friend of mine has back problems and therefore she has to lie down all day. That seemed rather boring to me, so I created a calendar which contains
each day a small gift. I've send it to her without a sender on it, the last day contains pic of me so she didn't know who send it to her til she openend the last day.

Behind every day is a 6 x 5 x 5 cm (about 2.5 x 2 x 2 in) space for a small gift. The total box is 50 x 30 x 5 cm (about 20 x 12 x 2 in)

(I'm Dutch so the months are in Dutch. Mei means May.)








Every day contains a instruction on a note, for example this one. (It's puzzle day! Make them all complete)









And at after the last day I've got this picture back:

I made some rice bags. (to heat in the microwave when you have cold feet in bed or something)

I made it as gifts for some friends (3 couples and 1 single)

For the first couple (with a leather and a lace detail):

I don't know how to call this thing (even in dutch I don't know the name). I made this thing for the room of the new born baby boy of two of my best friends. Before he was born I've already seen the room. I've used the same fabric they used for the curtains.

The evil chameleon is turned into a thing that can replace a hot water bottle. The cameleon is filed whit rice. warm it a couple of minutes in the microwave and it stays warm for hours:


The zebra can put on the door of the room. So everyone knows it's the baby's room:
