First.....seriously ....coconutbells did a portrait of my dog for my atc! It's so awesome!  I almost squeeked a little when I saw it!  The goddess is lovely as well, but I love my Gizmo! (We're both sending a little extra, hence the extra atc)

Yay!!!  I received my package from sloth003, my super awesome angel! She made a project case for my Sketchbook Project 2012 sketchbook, a tea wallet, a pleated/ruffled clutch, and a little owl stuffy!  I love the fabric choices for both the items and the FQ's (Yay goldfish!)

I'm absolutely thrilled with everything, thank you so much! The quality is fantastic, and my sketchbook fits perfectly in the case

I guess I'll be the first!

My theme is "Along the Line", but my interpretation is more like "somewhere along the line in my life".  Basically it's just a visual journal of some of the random bits and pieces from my life.  I'm just not creative enough to come up with anything better than that, lol!

I'll arrange their order in the sketchbook later.  Right now they're loose.

My labyrinth knockers....I've been having fun playing with silk screening a bit, and have gotten some crazy cool swap goodies in exchange for the knockers on t-shirts!! My carpenter hubby is impressed by my woodgrain (pen over watercolor), lol.






Yay! Now if I can just keep up the momentum....

So....my wish swap partner had this cactus pincushion on her wists, and it was just sooo cute I had to give it a try!

My first attempt at machine sewing with flannel instead of felt ended with a terribly twisted mutant cactus (apparently stuffie sewing is not in my future!). So I salvaged what I could and cut one of the "arms" off and stuck it in a pot for myself to use as a mini-pincushion:



The final result was made from felt and I machine sewed each piece then hand stitched them together:



I mixed gold/brown toned seed beads with craft glue that dried clear for the "sand" to fill in around the base of the cactus a little and help glue him in place.

My husband was also highly amused by the stuffing of the cactus, lol...

He's part of an "Ongoing Wish Swap" package from a while back and about 5x7" watercolor and pen.  I love watercolor paper greeting cards!  Unfortunately, the Jerry's Artarama near our house seems to have stopped carrying them

Silk screened Labyrinth knockers on your....knockers! Lol!  I had fun with this one...took me a little while to mix up a good bronzey gold color

I'll pull a better photo off my camera after work....I didn't realize the printing itself was so unclear on that photo until after I wrote all this out

They're screen printed I kept the knockers screen rather than washing it out....a bunch of my friends want me to make them knockers shirts, lol.

I am, however, feeling totally inadequate because of the insanely awesome package Anubisheart sent me.  I can't believe how much you put together for me!

First, a fancy ballroom scene mirror etched with an owl, and an owl necklace (I love everything, but I really really love the necklace!)



Awesometastic clock purse!  (we were working on clock chokes in my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class last night, and every time I say/think "Clock"  I add a "choke" after it, lol)



My picture didn't work quite the way I had intended....Ludo (hugging a rock!) in the upper left is on a pair of shorts, and "Only Goblin Kings Should Sparkle" is on a t-shirt....they just blend together in the picture.

I would love to know how you stencil words like that....do you cut them all out by hand?  If you buy letter stencils, how do you line the words up without smudging them?

Received from Banga!  I got tasty treats and a binder full of recipes for more tasty treats!  Also, got some origami paper, card stock to make a lamp, and some thread

I almost forgot to take a picture before I busted into the caramel peach preserves.  I have a PB&J addiction, so I always love trying new jams, jellies and preserves.
