And the pattern . I have an easier way to sew them up rather than fiddling around trying to match up precut hearts explained on my blog here

Hope you like them Smiley
3  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Attack of the Cone Heads (Santa's , Gnomes, Elf Oh My !) on: December 10, 2007 10:18:11 AM

I've been making these little ornaments to attach to my gifts .
They are put together pretty similar to the ice cream cones I posted here http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=209468.msg2244557#msg2244557

I made them using mostly leftover scraps (some are cotton , flannel or felt)
and they only take about 10-15 minutes each to make .

Most of you can probably easily figure out how I put them together form these photos but if you want a step by step how to and measurements I've written them up here

The ice cream cones where made using a 1/4 pie shape piece cut from a circle and another circle gathered for the ice cream itself .
They were really quick and easy to make (about 10 minutes each once I had figured out the first one )
Let me know what you think  Smiley
