Im really glad you like him Smiley

The long black strap I made to go around his neck like you have it, but I thought it made him look a bit strangled, and if you put it behind his neck it makes the wings sit at a slightly better angle.. but tis up to you Smiley

I recieved!! Im so excited. My day got so much better when the post man knocked on my door, as Im ill and feeling incredibly yuck.
Smmarrt really spoilt me.
Heres everything after I pulled it out of the envelope

The main extras are a pair of socks, and a pair of gloves. 3 packs of chocolates and a bag of buttons.

Then we have the doll himself, hes so cute. He is a Frooble called Fringle!

and he came with a photo album full of pictures, he clearly researched where I live in preparation for coming to live here.

And then a group shot

Thank you so so much Smmarrt! The pictures really dont do everything justice, but I'm ill and want to crawl back into my bed.. with Fringle of course Smiley

I think I'm finished.. been hand sewing for the last 5 hours. i might do some more before I send it off, but if the post office is open and theres no striking tomorrow I might just get it sent out. I have really fallen in love with my creature and will be so sad to see it go. The ladies at my knitting group tried to kidnapp him numerous times so I think they have fallen for him too. I just hope my partner likes him as much.

So cute!!! I like the pattern too! Is there a specific animal that it's supposed to be, or is it just an adorable little monster? It looks like a deer or something to me, with the ears shaped like that and the nose. Tongue
Now I'm even MORE excited to send off and get mine!!

I thought he looked quite like a donkey

I just finished the main doll, now to start work on its accessories Smiley Im really proud of how well it turned out, especially as its about 95% hand sewn as my sewing machine just didnt get on with sewing the stretchy sock material.
