VERY AWESOME. +1 internets to you, my friend.

Nice shirt - "STYLE IS WAR" is a great slogan. Is the paint white or silver? It kind of flip-flops between the two in the pictures.
I love the German language...any good place that I can find their music?
13  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: SAMURAI! Well, part of one :P *4 large pix* on: September 15, 2008 03:09:21 PM
Very cool. My boyfriend wants to be Jin from Samurai Champloo for a convention we're going to, so I was thinking of trying that Folkwear pattern...but your review kind of leaves me scared.  Embarrassed Are they really as hard to make with that pattern as you make them out to sound? Okay, well, yeah, probably...so do you have any better recommendations for patterns/instructions? I'm definitely making a practice pair out of some cheap suiting linen I bought before I make the real thing, at least.
14  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Craft my major/minor swap? on: September 10, 2008 10:51:23 AM
I would love to join !!
We here don't have major or minors, we have bachelor (3 years) and Master (1-2 years after Bachelor)
I am in my second year of Architecture !! And I would love to see what somebody can make for me about that ^^

i'd be cool with that if send outs were @ the end of january.  that way we can work on stuff over holiday break but won't be worried about trying to finish stuff during the first weeks of classes.

please not ... we always have our tests after Christmas holiday (so I have to learn in the holidays ...) and the whole month of January would be tests !! *bleh* maybe feb? :$

Hmmm...well, over here, we would call your Architecture your major, since that's your concentration...we have Bachelor's and Master's degrees too. Smiley
15  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: I Want What I Can't Craft Swap (Round 2) SIGNUPS 8/14/08-9/10/08 on: September 10, 2008 10:49:13 AM
I hope we get our partners soon. I would really love to start crafting for this swap today...I'm having one of those days where I feel like I can't do anything right and it would be nice to be able to do something I'm good at for once today...

Also, because I have it stuck in my head: Whoooo-oa, livin' on a prayer! Cheesy

I'm pretty excited for this swap. I hope I get a spinner, a knitter, a weaver, or someone like that...but I'd really be happy with anything. Smiley Can't wait! I also really hope I get someone who wants crocheted stuff a lot because that's one of the crafts that's easiest for me to do in my dorm...but whatever, I'll be happy either way! Smiley Yay!

THANK YOU FOR DOING THE BELLS IN THE HAIR. It's really not Kenpachi without them. Cheesy
Great job on the rest of the costume too.

Hi everyone, glad to see this has some interest. Smiley

Anyway, I am currently in the middle of a back-to-college swap, but would anyone be interested in doing this swap sometime in December or January? Just let me know. Smiley

They certainly do look great! I will be giving feedback tomorrow night when I'm at my eternally-long job...and I'll close these threads then too (unless I'm missing someone or something). Thanks for swapping, everyone!
