No problem though! The tutorial takes you step by step through the whole process! I really recommend trying this even if it looks scary, it's almost fool proof

Hi, my name is Audrey. My friend Seymour was feeling a little under the weather on halloween night, and so he asked me to watch over his plant for him. He named it Audrey II after me (Isn't that so sweet?)


As the night wore on, Audrey II and I became very close, and I realized what a hungry little plant she was. I had to keep her away from the curious people at the party who would try and touch her, and she would snap at them. It's okay, she's just a little frightened.


She sure is a hungry little plant. She keeps reaching up for my fingers like a little baby bird. I'll have to tell Seymour later tonight that he needs to feed her more often!
Or she'll waste away to nothing!


This craft was of course inspired by the classic movie "Little Shop of Horrors". Audrey II made out of clay and acrylic paint. Happy crafting

I stitched on nylon screen bought at the hardware store. It was $5 for a HUGE roll.
I liked it cuz I could see what I was doing from the back of the work at all times!





It's my grandparents' name. I gave it to them for Christmas. Pattern and font from crossstitch.com

I must say this pattern works up fairly quick, but it's a major pain getting the shoes to fit right. I ended up using the small for the hemp sole, medium for the cotton sole, and large for the upper shoe part. Then the strap had to be shortened by about 14 chains. They're not perfect, but all of the labor I put into them makes me love them

This is my first post, so I hope I get it right and the pic shows up ok! I made this sweatshirt for my brother who is overcoming meth addiction. Unfortunately he broke the rules on his parole, and is back in jail at the moment, so I was unable to give it to him... so I'll show it off to you guys instead.

They are the chinese chracters for "strength". I just cross-stitched over the tear away grid you can buy in craft stores, and then after you're done you pull the strings out and voila!
