111  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Sock Monkey Girl (lots of pics) on: November 30, 2007 12:58:34 PM
So a while ago I saw a post on here, by owly in the crochet section, she had made dolls in costumes so i decided to try it out myself and this is the result!  Let me know what you think!  It was my first time doing a doll ..... the hair was a real challenge!  I crochetted everything, but embroidered the hair (my first try at embroidery!)

112  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Baby Elf Hat on: November 16, 2007 01:44:47 PM
I made this hat for my son today!  We needed a photo for our december page in our family calendar, so i thought a cute hat would be a good idea for the photo!  I can't remeber how i did it, but it's just hdc and sc.  thanks for looking!

113  CROCHET / Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller / Frou Fou Sweater on: November 15, 2007 07:58:57 PM
So this is my version of the frou frou sweater from the happy hooker book.  I made closures for it instead of having it wrap and I changed the sleeves!  I like it a lot!

114  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Sushi Toilet Roll Covers!! on: October 28, 2007 10:19:53 AM
These are some toilet roll covers that i made a while ago!  I saw the california roll online, so decided to free hand it and ended up expanding the selection!  Enjoy!

115  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Halloween Bag Challenge Entry on: October 27, 2007 05:24:37 PM
I was making a bag for my sister's halloween costume, so I decided to enter it!  She is being a stylish witch, so I made a cool fat bag and just added some items that a witch might have handy for her next cauldren cook up!  It's all crochetted.  The bag is from the "Happy Hooker" book, but the rest are my own patterns.

here it is!!

116  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Kitty Pull Toy on: October 25, 2007 03:55:53 PM
This is one of my first projects where i didn't use a pattern!  I made it for my son because he likes to pull things behind him...... it kind of just drags, but he still enjoys it......
